Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy

We would love if you will like our products.

1. Cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated, so the request for cancellation should be made within 2 hours of placing an order. On cancelling the order, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase from the website.
   
   
2. Exchange are only allowed :
   
   a. If the product is wrongly delivered i.e., the product doesn’t match the ordered product.
   
   b. If the product has any manufacturing defect.
   
   c. If the product received is broken.
   (For that you have to make the opening video of the parcel in one go)
   
   d. The item must be in original packaging and with original tags. The exchange request should be sent by mail with attached video of opening the parcel within 1-2 hours of receiving the product. After receiving your mail, we will examine the same and will send you back an authorization receipt within 2 working days and then you must courier back the product to Fab Decor on the given address within 2 working days. After receiving the parcel back, your request will be processed.
   
   e. If you receive your order in damaged or unsealed condition you are advised not to accept it. And after receiving the parcel back, we will again process your same order.
   
   f. We aim to process all returns and exchange within 7 working days.
   
   In return and exchange, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
